1.    Barcode Universe will endeavour to deliver all orders with 7 working days, although generally if the items on order are in stock, they should be delivered within two working days to the UK Mainland. The customer will be given an estimated date of despatch when placing orders. If these dates are exceeded, the company will endeavour to keep the consumer informed of the delay and an expected new delivery date. 2.    If an item is out of stock or on back order, we will notify you at the point of order acceptance and provide you with the lead time and ensure we keep you updated as the anticipated delivery date gets closer.

3.    Customers ordering online should update their account(s), as online accounts are self-managed. Should you have any issues doing this, please feel free to contact Customer Services for assistance.

4.    It may be that items will be part delivered with other items delivered later which we will notify you at the point of order acceptance

5.    Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the consumer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the consumer upon delivery of such goods to the consumer.

7.    All goods will be delivered by our nominated carrier and you should ensure someone over the age of 18 is available to receive them and sign the carriers POD

8.    Barcode Universe Limited cannot be held liable for any lateness of delay in delivery

9.    Any goods sent directly from the manufacturer will be subject to their terms and conditions but shortages or damages must be reported to Barcode Universe by email within 24 hours of delivery and Barcode Universe will then address the issues with the manufacturer

10. It is not possible to deliver at a specific time unless by prior arrangement with Barcode Universe and it must be advised that there may be an additional charge for this depending upon the carrier.

11. All goods are sent at the risk of Barcode Universe until point of delivery

12. Barcode Universe are not responsible for any event after you have taken possession of the goods
